Everyone was very amiable. It was in a central setting to a better neighbourhood.

Had 2 nights in Los Angeles, spending my time here lovely.

The staff was caring and competent, the accommodation was colourful and exceptionally clean. The location was marvellous, for example, Orpheum Theatre was at a short distance from the hotel. The breakfast food was excellent.

The rooms were well decorated and equipped with a bathtub and duvets, for example. Its staff was caring and top-class. The food was outstanding and the location was excellent. The fact that 7th Street Center subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

Fantastic setting, right by all the tourist spots incl Universal Studio which is a bonus and the more character-filled historical districts.

Terrific service, I liked lovely food.

Everything was brand-new, and it had free wi-fi. The location was excellent, only a short distance to a spire-topped 73-story Wilshire Grand tower. It was also close enough to all the tourist spots incl Universal Studio which is a bonus and a money saver, cool restaurants and nearby shops, cafes. In the restaurant they served seasonal cuisine dishes. The staff was very attentive, so I would stay here again.

I had an overall awesome experience at this hotel! The convenient location on the outskirts of the up and coming Downtown area made it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhood. The staff provided great service and attention to detail, ensuring that my room was cleaned and stocked with great amenities. The rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly impressive. In addition, the value for money was fantastic with breakfast included. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was ok.

My favourite property in Los Angeles. Really helpful stuff in the whole hotel. Unbeatable location in Los Angeles really close to the onsite restaurant, and all the tourist spots incl Universal Studio which is a bonus. Also, to everything downtown LA.
